The power of one flash dryer machine is 12KW. There are 10 flash dryer machines with a 10 color

automatic screen printing machine. Its total dryer power is 120KW. But in actual use, when all the

dryers are turned on to the maximum power, the power consumption of the machine is about 125kw per hour.This kind of operation is almost non-existent.Generally, 60% of the maximum power will be consumed in actual use. If you are using a type of ink that does not need to be dried, this machine will consume very little power. Five kilowatts of electricity per hour will be enough.

Generally,the printing speed of this machine is 600-1000(pcs/h).But its printing speed in industrial producing will be related to three main facts:

1.The printing size of your product will be the first factor and it would take more time to print one piece if your printing size is a big one.

2.The textile ink is the second factor.The variety of ink includes: water slurry,mucilage(Water-based ink,Oil-based ink), Plastisol, silica gel ink, solvent-based inks.
